Café Maia is a new concept, but we’ve got years of experience managing the design and fit of catering units. So when planning every new Café Maia, we plough our knowledge and foresight into a specific time-plan. It gives us a methodical approach to work with, and fills you with confidence because you know exactly what should be happening and when.

Below is a diagram of how we’ll build your Café Maia. Obviously, this is a typical timescale based on us having an existing empty unit to fit. Projects will have quirks and surprises, as every project inevitably does. Some may take longer, and some projects may be quicker – rebrands or ‘facelifts’ of existing coffee houses, for instance.
